Allcargo Global has appointed Dalbir Singh Nanua as Head – Talent Acquisition, according to an announcement Nanua made on LinkedIn on August 31, 2026. He joins the logistics and supply chain major after more than three years at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals, where he served as DGM HR – Talent Acquisition from July 2023 to August 2026.
Nanua brings over 18 years of HR and recruitment experience across a mix of consumer, industrial, and professional-services organisations, including Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, Holcim, Marsh & McLennan Companies, Ericsson, and Capgemini. His background spans strategic hiring, recruitment operations, shared services, people operations, diversity and inclusion, employer branding, executive hiring, pan-India recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.
