Spice Money has appointed Nitin Sachdeva as its Chief Human Resources Officer, as the rural fintech platform strengthens its leadership team ahead of its next phase of expansion.
In his new role, Sachdeva will lead Spice Money’s people and culture strategy, with a focus on leadership development, talent management, organisational capability building, and creating a future-ready workforce. The appointment comes alongside the internal elevation of Rohit Sood to Chief Business Officer.

Sachdeva brings over 17 years of experience across fintech, consumer durables, media, and technology organisations. He joins from BharatPe, where he served as Head HR Business Partnering, having earlier held the role of Director Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Employer Brand since joining the company in May 2022. Before BharatPe, he was Associate Director HR at Philips Domestic Appliances, supporting HR Business Partnering and HR operations for the Preethi brand. Earlier career stints include HR leadership roles at Philips India (Consumer Durable Business, Personal Health), CNN-News18, and UCO Bank, with his professional journey beginning as a Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys. He holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management from Lal Bahadur Institute of Management.
