Tata Chemicals Limited has appointed Sriniwas CR as its Chief Human Resources Officer, effective June 1, 2026.
In this role, Sriniwas will be based in Mumbai and will lead the company’s people strategy, talent management, organisational effectiveness, leadership development, employee relations, and culture transformation initiatives.
Sriniwas joins from NACL Industries, one of India’s established agrochemical companies, where he served as CHRO and Senior Vice President. In that role, he led the HR, Administration, and Corporate Communications functions, playing a central part in strengthening the company’s people agenda through a period of business growth and organisational change. Before NACL Industries, he was Group Vice President and Head of Human Resources — APAC at Innova Solutions, where he oversaw HR across the Asia-Pacific region while also managing global employee relations across mergers, acquisitions, and workforce integration.
A defining chapter of his career was an eleven-year tenure at Accenture, where he held several senior HR leadership roles — including Director, Global Employee Relations — responsible for shaping employee relations strategy across multiple countries and advising business leaders on workforce transitions, compliance, and organisational risk. Earlier in his career, he held HR leadership roles at Tata Motors, Infosys Technologies, Dell International Services, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Ballarpur Industries, and Modicorp India, building deep expertise across automotive, pharmaceuticals, IT services, and manufacturing.
Sriniwas holds an MBA with a specialisation in Human Resources.
