Table Space has appointed Ravish Malhotra as Director, Talent Acquisition.

With over 16 years of experience, Malhotra is known for building and scaling high-impact hiring strategies across technology, product, analytics, and business functions in high-growth environments. Having worked alongside various leaders, he has much experience in workforce planning, leadership hiring, and organisational scaling.
Before he joined Table Space, Malhotra had been with Rapido. From January 2020 to November 2025, he served as the company’s Director of Talent Acquisition. Malhotra was also associated with Alliance Data Card Services from August 2018 to January 2020 as Talent Acquisition Manager.
In February 2017, Malhotra joined EY as a Talent Acquisition Lead and held the role until December 2017. He was also a part of Absolutdata Analytics from November 2012 to November 2016 as Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition. In the past, Malhotra also worked for WNS Global Services and Convergys.
