Highspring has appointed Rajan Gupta as Director, Global Talent Acquisition.

In his new role, Gupta will focus on building scalable talent acquisition strategies, strengthening workforce planning, and scaling high-performing teams aligned with business growth across India, while partnering with global teams supporting APAC, North America, LATAM, and EMEA regions. He will also drive process excellence, leverage data and automation, and partner closely with leadership to enable predictable, future-ready talent pipelines.
From July 2024 to June 2025, Gupta was associated with ApplyBoard as Associate Director – Talent Acquisition (India Head). He was also a part of Keywords Studios as Manager & India Head of Talent Acquisition, a role he took up in May 2022. In October 2019, Gupta joined DynPro as Global Talent Acquisition Manager (GCC, Tech and BFSI Hiring).
For over 4 years, Gupta was with Spectraforce Technologies. He was first appointed as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in September 2014. He then became Talent Acquisition Lead in April 2015. This was followed by Gupta’s promotion to Global Talent Acquisition Lead (BFSI, Tech, Cloud, Risk and Data Hiring) in November 2017.
Gupta also worked for ONS Interactive Solutions from April 2014 to September 2014. He was also associated with Infotree Global Solutions from April 2010 to June 2013. First appointed as an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist, Gupta became a Talent Acquisition Specialist in December 2010 and was then promoted to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in March 2012. Gupta has an MBA in Human Resources Management and Strategic Leadership from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Patna.
