Janes has appointed Chaithanya Pai as HR Director-India, APAC & Middle East.

Before Janes, Pai was a part of Accenture. From October 2023 to February 2026, she worked for the company as Assistant Vice President, Human Resources.
For four years, Pai was associated with E2open. She joined the company in December 2018 as an HR Manager. This was followed by her becoming Senior Human Resources Manager in June 2021 and Human Resources Director in June 2022.
From April 2017 to December 2018, Pai worked with DXC Technology as a Senior HR Business Partner (Onsite London). She was also a part of Hewlett Packard Enterprise from May 2012 to April 2017 as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. In November 2008, Pai joined IBM India as an HR Partner.
