Diageo has appointed Mitesh Manubarwala as the Global Human Resources Director. In the new role, he will act as a strategic HR leader with deep experience across global markets.
Recognised for his ability to navigate complex matrixed organisations, he has partnered closely with senior business leaders while leading HR teams across India, APAC, the Americas, and Europe, driving organisational effectiveness and people-centric transformation across diverse cultural and business environments.
Before joining Diageo, Manubarwala held key leadership roles at A.P. Moller – Maersk, Sears Holdings India, and IBM, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening talent management frameworks, enhancing HR operations, and supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives.
His cross-industry exposure and global perspective position him well to further advance Diageo’s people strategy and support the organisation’s continued growth and evolution worldwide.
