LTM has announced the appointment of Sherwood Kiruba as its new Associate Director of Talent Acquisition.
In his new role, Kiruba will spearhead strategic hiring initiatives, enhance talent pipelines, and drive the creation of high-performing teams to support the company’s growth objectives. His appointment highlights LTM’s commitment to strengthening its talent acquisition capabilities in line with evolving industry demands.
Kiruba brings a wealth of experience in recruitment and talent strategy. Before joining LTM, he was Deputy General Manager, Talent Acquisition at Hexaware Technologies, leading recruitment for the Digital & Software practice and managing a team of 20 professionals serving BFS, Healthcare, and Insurance accounts.
He has also held senior talent acquisition roles at LTIMindtree, IndiHire, and Covenant Consultants, and co-founded CHASE HR Consulting. His background spans global hiring, executive search, RPO delivery, and establishing recruitment centres of excellence across India and the APAC region.
