Metso has appointed Sujata Yadav as Vice President Human Resources – MEI.
With over 18 years of experience, Yadav is an expert in leading global HR and business transformation initiatives across multi-site operations, engineering centres and commercial organisations. She is also well-versed in workforce strategy, organisational transformation, leadership and succession development, change management and HR digitisation.
Before joining Metso, Yadav was with Gates Corporation, serving as Head of Human Resources from May 2025 to January 2026. She was also associated with Smiths Group for over 5 years, from August 2019 to February 2025, as Head of Human Resources.
From October 2012 to July 2019, Yadav was with Emerson Network Power as Human Resources Business Partner Lead. In September 2011, she joined DENSO as an HR Business Partner. Before that, Yadav was with the UNO MINDA Group from November 2008 to August 2011 as an Assistant Manager, Human Resources.
