Apollo Enterprise Strategies has appointed Mandavi Singh as Principal, Head, Human Capital, India.

Singh is an HR leader with 20 years of experience in successfully driving transformations: post-merger/acquisition integration, scaling up companies, setting up HR Infrastructure and practices for start-ups, designing global structures and matrix organisations, HR automations and DEI strategies.
Prior to joining Apollo Enterprise Strategies, Singh worked at M&G from September 2024 to December 2025 as an HR Business Partner. She was also with M&G Global Services from August 2021 to October 2024 as Head of Human Resources, India.
From December 2016 to August 2021, Singh served as Head of Human Resources, India for Assurant. She was also with IDFC First Bank from July 2016 to November 2016 as Associate Director HR. Singh worked for Tata Mutual Fund from January 2013 to December 2013 as an HR Business Partner.
In the past, Singh has also been associated with Reliance Brands, Religare, Bombay Stock Exchange, and Forbes Marshall.
