TP (formerly Teleperformance) has promoted Sourabh Bisht to Senior Director, Human Resources.

With over 20 years of experience, Bisht has worked across multinational organisations, spanning the full spectrum of HR functions. His key skills include talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation strategy, and process excellence.
Bisht has been a part of TP for over 6 years. He joined the company in April 2019 as Senior Manager, Human Resources. This was followed by his promotion to Human Resources Director in January 2022.
Additionally, Bisht worked for iSON BPO in two stints. He first joined the company in February 2013 and worked there until February 2014 as Senior Lead Human Resources. In March 2016, Bisht returned to iSON BPO as Manager, Human Resources, a role he held until March 2019.
From May 2014 to February 2015, Bisht was with Zamil Infra as Assistant Manager – Human Resources. He was also associated with Serco from March 2011 to February 2013 as Lead – Human Resources.
