Mahindra Finance has appointed Komal Chugh as State Head HR.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as State Head HR at Mahindra Finance!” Chugh shared on LinkedIn. She is currently based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
With over 8 years of experience, Chugh is well-versed in recruiting, employee wellness, mass hiring and employee engagement. She is also skilled in HR business partnering and HR management. As an active HR professional, her skills and passion are set to work as assets for her new company.
Prior to this role, Chugh was a part of Mahindra Home Finance. In June 2024, she was appointed as Regional HR by the company.
Chugh was with IndusInd Bank for over 3 years, working as a Regional Resource Manager. She was also a part of HDFC Bank from November 2017 to June 2022 as Human Resources Manager.
