Premier Energies has appointed Ranjeeta Bhat as Vice President of Corporate Human Resources (HR).

Prior to joining Premier Energies, Bhat had been a part of Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. She started working for the company in February 2022 as Associate Director, Human Resources. In this role, Bhat designed and delivered talent programs spanning the full employee journey.
From October 2017 to October 2021, Bhat was with Radiant Corporation as Head – HR & CSR. She was also associated with Runcode Software Solutions from June 2011 to September 2017 as a self-employed Director. In September 2008, Bhat was appointed as Lead HR Partner at GreatFour Systems, a role she held until November 2010.
Bhat was with Bank of America from April 2007 to December 2007 as Manager, Employee Relations & Retention. She also worked for 3i Infotech from 2004 to 2006 as Manager- Human Resources Business Partner. Her other past workplaces include Azure Technologies and Scope International.
