APAC Financial Services has appointed Aditi Nair as Chief People Officer.
“I’m beginning a new chapter in my professional journey as Chief People Officer at APAC Financial Services Private Limited,” Nair shared on LinkedIn.
“In this role, I will be partnering with the leadership team and the wider organisation as APAC continues its journey towards growth, quality and profitability,” Nair added. “I’m excited to contribute to strengthening people practices, enabling growth and fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture.”
Prior to joining APAC Financial Services, Nair had been associated with Practus. She worked at the company for over 5 years as Chief People Officer.
“I’m grateful for my years at Practus… for the relationships, the learning, the trust, and the opportunity to help shape and strengthen its people and culture paradigm,” Nair said in farewell. “It has been one of the most enriching phases of my career, and the experiences will stay with me for a long time to come.”
From April 2016 to November 2020, Nair worked for Indostar Capital Finance as Vice President – Human Capital Management. She was also a part of Kotak Mahindra Bank for over a decade. She joined the company in May 2005 as an HR Relationship Manager and became Associate Vice President – Corporate HR in May 2007.
Nair has an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai.
