Zensar Technologies has named Mithun Mukherjee as Director of Talent Acquisition, strengthening its leadership bench as the company sharpens its focus on next-generation digital, data and AI capabilities.
In this role, Mukherjee will lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition efforts, shape scalable and future-ready hiring models, and work closely with business leaders to enable growth across critical technology domains.
Mukherjee joins Zensar after a long tenure at Wipro Limited, where he spent more than 16 years in progressive talent leadership roles. Most recently, he was Group Head – Data Analytics & AI and Digital Experience, contributing to the rapid expansion of one of Wipro’s high-growth technology practices.
During this period, he led complex global hiring initiatives, built and scaled large TA teams, and partnered with senior leadership as a strategic advisor on workforce planning.
Earlier in his career, Mukherjee held recruitment and talent roles at Huawei, Oracle and Career Graph, building deep expertise across enterprise technology, R&D hiring and niche skill acquisition.
