Safari Industries India has roped in Manish Bhatia as the new Chief Human Resources Officer, tasking him with leading the company’s people, talent, and culture priorities as it advances its long-term growth strategy.
In the new role, he will oversee workforce planning, leadership development, and performance-led people practices, with a mandate to build a strong, future-ready organisation aligned with Safari’s expanding business ambitions.
Before this, Bhatia was serving Greenply Industries as the CHRO and EVP HR. His career also includes a long tenure at VIP Industries Limited, where he transitioned from HR into business leadership roles, managing institutional trade, e-commerce, and channel operations
Earlier in his career, he held senior HR positions at Delphi, Arvind Brands, and Bombay Dyeing, gaining wide-ranging experience across manufacturing, consumer goods, and retail sectors.
With this blend of HR and business leadership exposure, Bhatia is expected to play a key role in strengthening Safari Industries’ organisational culture and leadership depth.
