Coforge has named Siddharth Singh Rathore as Head of Human Resources for India, reinforcing its people leadership as the IT and digital services firm continues to scale its operations in the country.
In his new position, Rathore is responsible for steering the India HR agenda, with priorities spanning talent development, leadership capability building, performance management, and workforce strategies aligned to business expansion.
Before joining Coforge, Rathore was Director of Human Resources at Accenture, where he led large-scale people transformation initiatives for a workforce of more than 20,000 employees in India.
His career also includes senior HR leadership roles at Wipro and HSBC across India and Southeast Asia, along with earlier stints at Infosys and JSW Steel, giving him broad exposure across technology, financial services, and manufacturing environments.
With extensive experience in global HR strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and managing diverse, multi-cultural teams, Rathore’s appointment is expected to further strengthen Coforge’s people and culture framework as the company advances its growth ambitions.
