Bhartiya Converge has appointed Reethika Shetty as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

“We are pleased to announce the appointment of Reethika Shetty as Chief Human Resources Officer, Bhartiya Converge,” the company shared on LinkedIn. “Reethika brings over 23 years of global experience in human resources and people & culture leadership, with a strong track record of building and scaling organisations, and leading enterprise transformation.”

In her new role, Shetty will drive the overall HR strategy for the platform business and define and lead Bhartiya Converge’s talent business. For this, Shetty will work closely with leadership teams, clients, and industry partners to attract and build world-class talent for GCCs. She will also strengthen leadership capabilities, enhance the employee experience, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with our growth objectives.

Shetty is also closely associated with RUSLearning Consultants. She served as the company’s CEO and Co-Founder from January 2014 to July 2014. She rejoined in October 2019 as Chief Learning Lead and Founder and held the roles until March 2022. In January 2025, Shetty took up the roles of Director HR and Talent Leader at RUS Talent Solutions.

From February 2022 to April 2024, Shetty was with Mu Sigma as Head – Human Resources & Marketing and Founder’s Office. She also served as Director of Human Resources for TIAA from August 2016 to September 2018. Shetty was a part of Altisource from July 2014 to June 2016 as Director, Learning and Development.

For over 4 years, Shetty was associated with Tesco. She joined the company in November 2009 as E-learning & Viewpoint Manager. Shetty later became Senior Manager – Learning Solutions and Insights in November 2011, holding the role until December 2013. From May 2007 to October 2009, Shetty worked for Logica as Engagement Lead and Senior Instructional Designer. Additionally, she has worked for Hewlett-Packard Global e-biz Division, Intel, Digital Think, and Macmillan Publishers.
