Accordion India has appointed Soumya C as Senior Director, Human Resources.

With over 12 years of experience, Soumya has experience in aligning people strategy with business outcomes across IT and manufacturing sectors. She is well-versed in various HR operations include organisational design & development (OD), talent acquisition & workforce planning, performance management transformation, employee engagement & culture building, compensation structuring & budgeting, change management & HR Tech enablement, HR operations, and CSR.
Before joining Accordion India, Soumya was associated with Intense Technologies. She served as the company’s Head of Human Resources from May 2022 to January 2026.
From April 2019 to May 2022, Soumya was with Hyundai MOBIS as a Deputy Manager. She also worked at Dr Reddy’s Laboratories as an Assistant Manager, HR, from November 2017 to April 2019.
Soumya was a part of TCS for over 3 years. She joined the Human Resources team in July 2013. In October 2016, she joined the Resource Management team, based in Hyderabad.
