Tata Electronics has appointed Sanjeev Sharma as Director of Talent Acquisition, marking a strategic move as the company accelerates its expansion plans. Based out of Ahmedabad, Sharma will be responsible for leading the organisation’s talent acquisition agenda, with a focus on building scalable hiring frameworks to support rapid business growth and long-term workforce development.
With more than ten years of experience in recruitment and talent leadership, Sharma brings deep expertise in hiring for complex technology and engineering environments. He previously held key roles at NXP Semiconductors, where he was closely involved in large-scale talent initiatives, including the critical integration phase following the Freescale acquisition.
His career also includes significant stints at Tejas Networks and Alp Consulting Ltd., where he developed strong capabilities in managing end-to-end recruitment operations across diverse technical domains.
Recognised for his collaborative approach, Sharma has consistently worked alongside senior business leaders to align talent strategies with organisational priorities. At Tata Electronics, he is expected to play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people strategy, ensuring the availability of high-quality talent to support its ambitious growth trajectory in the electronics manufacturing space.
