Redington has appointed Sangeetha Sivaraj as Head of Talent Acquisition – India.

In her new role, Sivaraj will be driving enterprise-level talent acquisition strategy to enable business growth across India Distribution. She will partner with leaders to build scalable, diverse, and future-ready talent pipelines while strengthening leadership hiring, employer brand, and data-driven hiring practices. Particularly, Sivaraj will focus on aligning talent strategy with business outcomes and building TA capabilities that support long-term growth.
Prior to Redington, Sivaraj was a part of Philips. She joined the company in November 2021 as Talent Acquisition Leader – Global Business Services (GBS), Enabling Functions & STO. In June 2025, Sivaraj was promoted to People Partner, a role she held until December 2025.
From July 2014 to November 2021, Sivaraj worked for Bank of America as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – BA Continuum India. She was also associated with Wipro Technologies as an Assistant Manager. Sivaraj also worked for MphasiS as an HR Analyst from January 2006 to April 2010.
