MGM Muthu Hotels has appointed Megha Baluja as Global Human Resources Director to strengthen its leadership team as the hospitality group sharpens its focus on people, culture, and talent across its international operations.
In her new role, Baluja will lead the group’s global HR strategy, with a strong emphasis on culture-building, leadership-driven people initiatives, and enhancing employee experience across geographies.
Before joining MGM Muthu Hotels, she served as Head of Global HR, Talent Management & Culture at BLS International, where she played a key role in advancing talent and culture initiatives.
She has also held senior HR leadership positions at Axis Max Life Insurance Limited and Max Skill First Limited, contributing to organisation-wide people and capability-building programmes.
With over a decade of experience across talent management, employee engagement, learning and development, and Great Place to Work (GPTW) initiatives.
