Subex has appointed Kasturi Cotha as Global Head – Human Resources.

In her new role, Cotha will serve as a strategic HR leader and business partner to the CEO and the operating board. She will be responsible for transforming human capital for fostering a high-performance culture and securing niche technical talent. Acting as a key architect of the corporate roadmap, she will ensure that all people initiatives contribute to business growth and innovation, with a focus on operational excellence and global governance.
Prior to Subex, Cotha was with the NHRD Bangalore Chapter. She joined the company in July 2023 as Hon. Secretary and was elevated to Hon. Vice President in August 2025. From August 2019 to May 2024, Cotha was with Taylor & Francis Group as Head HR, Bengaluru | HRBP, Global – Product & Technology.
In July 2018, Cotha joined VIVASVA Software India as Country Head – People & Process, and she held the role until June 2019. She also served as Head of HR for Danske IT and Support Services India from October 2014 to March 2017. Additionally, Cotha has worked for Temenos, Everest Management Software, Carbon Accessories, and MDC Infoway.
