BlackRock has appointed Eric Sequeira as Vice President of Talent Acquisition for its India business, strengthening the firm’s talent strategy as it scales operations and talent pipelines in the region.
In his new role, Sequeira will lead talent acquisition efforts across India, developing hiring strategies, enhancing employer branding, and driving workforce planning to support BlackRock’s growth agenda in a competitive talent market.
Sequeira brings more than 16 years of experience in recruitment and HR leadership to BlackRock, having most recently served at Experian India, where he held several progressive roles in talent acquisition and employer brand leadership, including Head of Talent Acquisition India and Employer Brand Lead for EMEA and APAC.
Earlier in his career, Sequeira held consulting and leadership positions with organisations including WhiteCrow Research, ANR Consulting Group, Value Consulting, Husys – A People2.0 Company and Career Logik HR Solutions, gaining deep experience across talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, leadership hiring, and global recruitment operations.
