RateGain Travel Technologies has instituted a new chain of appointments, signifying its dedication to strengthening leadership depth across regions as the company continues to scale its global operations.
Ashu Sharma has been appointed as Senior Vice President, People & Culture (APMEA). Sharma is an accomplished HR leader with experience at Adobe and Vodafone. In this new role, she will oversee corporate HR, people business partnering across APMEA (including the corporate office), and workplace experience, bringing greater consistency, governance, and scale to RateGain’s people practices.
Building on the same, Nathan Sheranian has been given the role of Vice President, People & Culture (Americas). He has over two decades of global HR leadership experience across organisations, including GE, Cisco, Freshworks, and Marigold. Sheranian will be leading people & culture across the Americas, with a focus on leadership development, learning initiatives, and advancing diversity and inclusion.
RateGain has also appointed Bilal Ahmed as Vice President – Talent Acquisition. A seasoned talent acquisition leader with global experience across India, Indonesia, Singapore, and Hong Kong, Ahmed will lead RateGain’s Talent Acquisition function. He is well-versed in in-house hiring, executive search, and RPO. Previously, he has worked at Korn Ferry, GoTo Group (Gojek), Ambition, and Hudson, supporting hiring at scale across diverse, multicultural environments.
