Vikram Solar has appointed Biresh Ranjan Das as Senior Vice President – HR.

The appointment marks Das’s return to Vikram Solar as an employee. He had previously been with the company from December 2016 to January 2019 as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). “It feels good to be back at a place which had helped me shape my mid-career aspirations and where we did so much together, back in the years…..but the then baby steps have now transformed into giant strides,” Das stated.
Das was a part of Indorama Ventures from July 2024 to December 2025. He started working for the company as Regional HRBP – Asia (Fibres Business) and then became Fibres Head HR – APAC in January 2025. He also served as Head of Human Resources for Indorama Ventures | Global Capability Centre from December 2022 to July 2024.
From July 2022 to December 2022, Das was with Luxor Writing Instruments as its CHRO. He also served as a CHRO for Titagarh from July 2021 to July 2022. Das worked for Bharti Airtel from August 2013 to December 2016 as General Manager – HR. He was also Cluster Head – HR for L&T ECC from March 2010 to August 2013 and served as Senior Manager- Human Resources for Sayaji Group from May 2003 to March 2010.
