GlobalLogic has appointed Mohd Zeeshan as Director – People Development TAG.

With over 17 years of experience, Zeeshan is well-versed in areas like recruitment & selection, induction & orientation, performance management, training & development, and implementation of an integrated management system.
Zeeshan remains in touch with the latest trends and techniques of the HR field, and is known for his expertise in vendor management, employee relationship management, hiring costing, strategic recruitment, and grievance handling.
Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Zeeshan was a part of Teleperformance. From January 2024 to December 2025, he was with the company as Director of Talent Acquisition. He also served as Head of Talent Acquisition for Majorel India from November 2018 to December 2023. From May 2015 to October 2018, Zeeshan was with Sitel as Manager of Talent Acquisition.
