MobiKwik has appointed Rajat Bansal as Senior Director – Head of Talent Acquisition.

Prior to joining MobiKwik, Bansal had been affiliated with Freecharge. He joined the company in August 2022 as Head of Talent Acquisition. From July 2021 to August 2022, he was a part of Tata 1mg as a Talent Acquisition Partner.
In March 2020, Bansal was appointed as Associate Vice President- HR by Damco Solutions, a role he held until July 2021. He was also associated with Quovantis Technologies from February 2013 to February 2020 as Head of Talent Acquisition. Bansal also worked for ResourceChip Consulting as a Director from July 2003 to February 2013.
