NewVision Software has appointed Neelanjana Chakravarty as its Head of Human Resources, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to focus on people strategy and organisational capability.
In her new role, Chakravarty will be responsible for leading HR strategy and overseeing key people initiatives, including talent management, organisational development and employee engagement, aligned with NewVision Software’s business objectives.
Before joining NewVision Software, she most recently served as Head of Human Resources at Care Analytics and Advisory Private Limited. She has also held an HR advisory role at BDM Infotech and previously worked as HR Head, India at Accurate Background, gaining broad exposure across analytics, technology and professional services organisations.
Earlier in her career, Chakravarty spent several years at Course5i, where she progressed through multiple leadership positions, including Human Resources Manager, Senior Manager, Human Resource Director and Human Resources Senior Director.
During her tenure, she played a key role in strengthening HR operations, leadership capability and people practices in a fast-growing analytics environment.
