Sodexo has elevated Siva Prasad B to the role of Head of Regional Human Resources, expanding his responsibilities to lead regional HR strategy and strengthen people practices across the markets under his purview.
In his new role, Siva Prasad will focus on driving HR effectiveness, employee engagement and consistent people practices, aligned with Sodexo’s business and workforce priorities.
He was previously associated with Sodexo as WPD Head – HR, where he played a key role in supporting HR operations, implementing policies, and enhancing employee engagement across various functions.
Before joining Sodexo, Siva Prasad held senior regional HR leadership roles at Compass Group India, where he served as Regional Head, Karnataka, and at ISS Facility Services India Private Limited as Regional Head, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Pondicherry.
In these roles, he led HR strategy and operations across large, multi-site workforces in the facilities management and services sector.
His earlier career includes a long stint as HR Manager at TCFM (Embassy Group), along with HR roles at Associate Decor Ltd, Aparajitha Corporate Services Private Limited and Enviro Green Alloys Inc., giving him broad exposure to HR management across diverse industries.
With this elevation, Sodexo reinforces its focus on strengthening regional HR leadership to support operational excellence and employee experience across its footprint.
