Kotak Mahindra Prime has named Sandeep Rath as the new Head of Human Resources. In the new role, Rath will be responsible for driving the company’s people and culture strategy and overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions across the organisation.

Rath brings over 13 years of experience across talent management, organisational development and HR transformation. Before joining KMPL, he held multiple senior HR leadership roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank, including Vice President and Senior Vice President.
Earlier in his career, he worked in senior HR roles at ICICI Bank, L&T Financial Services and the Aditya Birla Group.
He holds an MBA in Human Resources (PGDHRM) from the Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurugram.
Rath’s appointment reflects Kotak Group’s continued focus on leadership depth as KMPL seeks to sustain growth across multiple lending segments while adapting to evolving workforce expectations and regulatory requirements.
