Simpolo Tiles and Bathware has appointed Subhanish Malhotra as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Prior to joining Simpolo, Malhotra had been working for Welspun World. From August 2022 to December 2025, he served as the company’s Vice President for Human Resources. He was also associated with Welspun India from August 2020 to June 2022 as Assistant Vice President (AVP) – HCGA.
“As my enriching journey with Welspun Living Limited comes to a close, I do so with deep gratitude for the opportunities, trust, and learning it provided. I am especially thankful to Ms Dipali Goenka Ma’am and Mr Rajesh Jain for their guidance and contribution to my professional growth,” Malhotra stated in his farewell post.
From December 2006 to August 2020, Malhotra was a part of Arvind Limited as General Manager – HR & ER. He has also been associated with Globus Stores, Asian Paints, and Maruti Suzuki India in the past.
