OSBIndia has appointed Suresh JV as Head, Talent Acquisition, India.
“It’s only been only a few weeks, but the welcome I received has been truly heart-warming,” Suresh detailed his first few days at the new company. “Took the opportunity of going out for lunch with our TA rockstars from OSBI Bangalore office—nothing fancy, just good food and easy conversations. And honestly, that’s when it hit me: I’m surrounded by people who are genuinely care, warm, support each other, and have a great sense of humour too.”
“For me, that’s the real start of any new role—finding the people you’ll learn from, laugh with, and build something meaningful alongside,” Suresh added. “There’s a lot to do and a lot to look forward to, and I’m excited to contribute in my own way as we shape the next chapter for OSB India.”
Before joining OSBIndia, Suresh was with Genesys, serving as Head – Talent Acquisition, India, from September 2022 to January 2025. He has also worked with Wipro in the past as Recruitment Head – Oracle Practice & Leadership Hiring (Apps & Data) from July 2021 to August 2022.
For over 5 years, Suresh was associated with Randstad. He joined the company in January 2016 as Business Head- Information Technology Practice. In April 2020, Suresh was appointed as Operations Director, and he retained the position until July 2021. He was also with Elysium Consulting from November 2010 to January 2016 as a Client Partner.
From March 2009 to October 2010, Suresh worked as a Practice Lead for Wanhan Consultants. He has also been a part of Société Générale as an Assistant Manager from July 2007 to April 2008. In March 2006, Suresh joined RR Donnelley as a Client Manager. Additionally, he was once with Convergys as a Team Manager.
