Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has appointed Nikita Kabra as HR Business Partner – Specialist.

Kabra is skilled in employee engagement, organisational design, and employee relations. She has experience in managing employee lifecycle processes and leading HR transformations through enhanced retention, DEI & workforce productivity. Her areas of expertise include performance and talent management, compensation and benefits planning, training and development, and HR analytics (SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI).
Before joining HUL, Kabra had been with Capgemini for over three years. She joined the company in May 2021 as Human Resources Consultant- Employee Relations. In May 2022, Kabra was elevated to the role of Senior Consultant- HR Business Partner, a position she retained until October 2024.
From June 2020 to August 2020, Kabra was a part of Ivolwe Technologies as a Human Resources Intern. She also worked for Aviyana Ventures from June 2020 to July 2020 as a Junior Human Resources Consultant. Additionally, Kabra worked for Allied Blenders & Distillers from April 2020 to June 2020 as a Summer Intern.
In the past, Kabra has also been associated with IRCED, Peacock Solar, Jsons, and Nearby Me 2, in various capacities. She has an MBA in Human Resources from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and a B.Com from Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce.
