Rashi Batra has been promoted to Senior Vice President – Human Resources at MedTherapy Biotech, a Boston-based global Cancer Cell & Gene Therapy company. In her new role, she will lead people-centric initiatives, strengthen leadership development, and nurture an inclusive workplace culture aligned with MedTherapy’s global vision and mission. She previously served as Vice President – Human Resources at the company.
Rashi brings over two decades of experience in human resources, recruitment, and talent strategy. Her career spans multiple industries, including Biotech, Healthcare, US IT Staffing, BPO, and Global Hiring, where she has consistently driven impactful HR initiatives and supported organizational growth. Her core strengths include talent acquisition and management, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, and HR operations. With a background in psychology, Rashi possesses a strong ability to understand, connect with, and inspire people. She is also passionate about building authentic employer brands that resonate with talent and drive long-term organizational success.
Before joining MedTherapy Biotech, Rashi held several leadership roles, including Vice President – Human Resources at Emonics LLC, Vice President – HR at Flentis Corporation, and Assistant Vice President – HR at Cyfuture. She has also been associated with organizations such as Shriram Automall, Tybros India Tours Pvt. Ltd., and Convergys, contributing significantly to their people and talent functions.
