YES Bank has appointed Milind Sable as Head-HR Support Services, Employee Relations and Compliance.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head-HR Support Services, Employee Relations and Compliance at YES BANK!” Sable shared.
Prior to joining YES Bank, Sable was a part of RBL Bank for over 9 years. He joined the company in May 2016 as Vice President (VP) – HR Operations, Payroll, and HR Technology, and was then promoted to VP2 & Head – HR Operations and Technology in June 2018.
In August 2021, Sable was appointed as Senior Vice President (SVP) and Head of HR Ops and Technology at RBL Bank. This was followed by his promotion to SVP & Head – Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, HR Tech.
From 2013 to 2016, Sable worked at Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company as Senior Manager and Head of HR Operations. He was also associated with IndusInd Bank from May 2011 to June 2013. Sable started at the bank as Deputy Vice President 1 (DVP1) and Head-HR Operations and then became DVP2 and Head – HR Operations in June 2012.
For over seven years, Sable worked for ICICI Lombard. He was first appointed as Manager-HR in August 2004 and then as AVP – Human Resources (Zonal HR – West) in July 2008. From 2007 to 2008, Sable worked for Sodexo as Manager – Human Resources (Functional Head).
