Sereno first joined Chargeback Gurus in December 2022 as HR Director. She is recognised for cultivating high-performance cultures through strategic talent management, innovative HR solutions, and sound business acumen. Her expertise includes driving organisational development, employee engagement, and HR operations in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
With over 20 years of experience, Sereno has received numerous accolades for her exemplary work in the field of HR. Some of her achievements include being listed in the Top 10 Global Women in HR Excellence 2024, the Top 100 T A Pai Young HR Leaders 2023, and receiving the 101 Top HR Tech Minds Award at a Global Level by HR Tech – The Future of World at Work, World HRD Congress.
Sereno has also received Woman Leadership Awards at the Tamil Nadu Brand Leadership Award by World Marketing Congress & World Federation of Marketing Professionals, and also at the Future Women Leader Summit by Transformance Forums.
