Major Prashant Palai has joined Incture as Head – People and Culture. In his new role, he will lead the company’s people strategy to fuel business growth, foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, and strengthen data-driven HR practices aimed at improving engagement, performance, and employee well-being.

Before joining Incture, he served as HR Head – Business Group at Tata Consultancy Services. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, Major Prashant brings nearly three decades of extensive HR and leadership experience across Business HR, Recruitment, and Talent Engagement functions.
A graduate of the National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, Pune, and a former Indian Army officer with 12 years of distinguished service, he brings a leadership style defined by discipline, strategic clarity, and a strong sense of human connection.
