Neha Aggarwal Nambiar has been appointed Head of Human Resources at IIFL Capital Services Limited. In her new role, she will lead the development and execution of our people strategy, nurture a culture of collaboration and high performance, and ensure that IIFL remains a workplace where employees can grow, thrive, and achieve their full potential.
Neha brings 15 years of HR experience with a proven track record in leading initiatives at top banks, including Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank, and Citigroup. Throughout her career, she has successfully driven talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and leadership capability-building programs, working closely with business leaders to foster sustainable growth.
Before this appointment, she built a distinguished and impactful career at Kotak Mahindra Bank, holding several key leadership positions, including Senior Vice President – Human Resources Lead, Kotak Private Banking; Vice President – Human Resources Lead; AVP – Human Resources Lead for NR and Priority Banking; and Chief Manager – Human Resources Lead. Her tenure at Kotak highlighted her expertise in driving strategic HR initiatives, fostering inclusive workplace cultures, and aligning people strategies with organizational goals. Neha began her career at Citi Global Services as a Customer Service Representative, gaining foundational experience in the banking and financial services industry.
