Sreekumar Kadavath has been promoted to Vice President – HR at Broadridge India, a global technology leader providing trusted expertise and transformative solutions to the financial services sector. In this role, he will spearhead HR transformation, people strategy, and associate experience. With his strong background in HR innovation, change management, and leadership development, Sreekumar will further reinforce Broadridge India’s position as an employer of choice while enhancing people operations, workplace culture, and business impact.

Sreekumar brings 19 years of experience with expertise in AI for HR, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational culture, enabling future-ready and impactful people strategies. At Broadridge India, he previously served as AVP and Head of HR Shared Services, where he built and scaled the HR hub supporting 5,500+ associates. Previously, he also shaped the HR site strategy at Dell Technologies, supporting 16,000 employees across Bangalore and contributing to enterprise-wide HR programs. Sreekumar has also contributed to HR outsourcing operations at Genius HRTech Limited.
Academically, he holds an Executive Diploma in HRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor’s degree in Labour Management from the Tamil Nadu Institute of Labour Studies. Sreekumar contributions have been recognized with multiple Dell Champion Awards for outstanding performance.
