Ancy Nimsha Sreenivasan has been named Head of People & Culture, APAC at Zywave, a leading provider of cloud-based insurance technology solutions. In this role, she will drive the HR strategy to support the establishment and long-term success of the company’s India Center of Excellence, ensuring alignment with global goals and local market dynamics.
She will be responsible for building and implementing the local HR framework, including talent acquisition, employee experience, compliance, and HR operations. Ancy will also act as a cultural ambassador, fostering alignment between the India operations and Zywave’s global values and high-performance culture.
Ancy brings over 19 years of experience in leading strategic initiatives and navigating complex organizational challenges. She has worked across IT and various other industries, gaining in-depth expertise across multiple facets of HR—including strategic planning, leadership development, employee relations, talent acquisition and management, all while ensuring statutory and legal compliance.
Ancy has a strong track record in setting up HR operations, formulating policies, and supporting business growth to enable sustainable and profitable outcomes. Her deep understanding of HR tools, combined with the ability to design context-specific solutions, positions her as a trusted problem solver during crises and a key contributor to strategic decision-making.
Ancy has previously held leadership roles at organizations such as EDB, IntraEdge, Contentserv, and IBM.
