HRtech company ZingHR has launched human capital management (HCM) solution GHROWTH, to stand with the technology-driven commitment towards HCM.
In an official statement, the company stated that the new platform will offer a full ‘hire to rehire’ cycle spanning talent acquisition, digital onboarding, and rewards and recognition. The HCM platform is also expected to deliver advanced capabilities such as succession planning, an AI-powered competency toolkit with industry-specific and role-based competency libraries, and an agentic AI knowledge bot.
In addition, the company further claimed that the platform will include workforce management features supporting hybrid work mode, a pan-global payroll system, a unified travel and expense system, an employee helpdesk, a personalised learning experience, measuring performance, business analytics and HR insights, feedback surveys, etc.
