Quick commerce company Zepto has named Sneha Arora as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective immediately. Her appointment comes almost a year after Zepto’s former HR head, Martin Dinesh Gomez, stepped down in September 2024. After his departure, Chief Brand Officer Chandan Mendiratta took on additional responsibilities for HR and operations, serving as Chief Culture Officer. In her new role at Zepto, Sneha will lead initiatives across people and culture, leadership development, and employee engagement, with a focus on nurturing a culture of innovation and inclusion. Her appointment underscores Zepto’s commitment to building a strong talent ecosystem as the company continues to expand its operations across India.
Sneha brings over 15 years of experience spanning Technology, Retail, and eCommerce, where she has shaped people strategies for some of India’s fastest-growing and most dynamic organizations. She thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments and has a strong track record of building scalable people practices that drive growth, performance, and culture. Throughout her career, she has held key roles at Myntra, SAP, Flipkart, and Texas Instruments. Sneha’s contributions have earned her several industry accolades, including honors from People Matters, CII, ObserveNow, and HRAI for emerging leadership and impact in HR. Most recently, she was featured among the Top CHROs to Follow on LinkedIn by New in Asia.
