Zensciences, the award-winning B2B brand and digital marketing agency, has appointed Vighnesh Baskaran as its Head of Human Resources. The move was reported on 7 September 2026 and adds a dedicated people leader as the Bengaluru-headquartered agency scales its teams across India, the UK and the US.
“A new chapter, and a lot to build,” Baskaran shared on LinkedIn. “I’ve joined Zensciences as Head of Human Resources.”
“What I liked about this move was that it didn’t come with everything already figured out. There is a lot to build, a lot to understand, and probably a lot I’ll get wrong before I get it right,” he added. “I still don’t have all the answers. And that’s okay. I know this is the kind of challenge I was looking for, and I know this is the right place to figure it out.”
Baskaran steps into the role with close to a decade of HR experience across technology, consumer and startup environments. Before joining Zensciences, he was part of the people practice at Happiest Minds Technologies, where he worked on talent transformation and organisational development. His earlier career spans HR business-partnering roles at Cuemath, CoinSwitch, Spinny and Anheuser-Busch InBev, giving him exposure to fast-scaling digital and consumer businesses.
In his new position, Baskaran is expected to lead the full HR remit at Zensciences, from talent acquisition and employee experience to organisational development, as the agency continues to expand its creative, strategy and content teams.
