Yokogawa India Limited has appointed Sarvesh Bhadauria as the new Head – Human Resources (India and South Asia). In the new role, he will bring two-decades long experience gathered across multiple industries and roles.
Prior to this, he served Schneider Electric as the Head of Human Resources, One Automation India. He worked for the company for almost 14 years in several roles namely Head of Human Resources, Process Automation, HR Business Partner, and Head HR Shared Services.
In addition, he has also served IDEMIA, Reliance Energy, and AREVA T&D in multiple roles, where he led initiatives spanning HR operations, talent development, succession planning, OD strategy, HRIS implementation and multi-level performance systems. Over the years, he has built a strong HR portfolio to drive growth in multiple verticals.
In a LinkedIn post, CXO Lanes shared that throughout his career, he has closely worked with business leadership to enable changes, foster skilled talent and deliver high impact. With his appointment, Yokogawa is expected to plan a new phase of growth in Asia.
