Sudhi Sinha Varshney has been promoted to Vertical Head – Business HR at YES BANK. Based in Mumbai, she now spearheads the HR strategy for critical business segments such as Retail Assets, Debt Management, Credit Cards, and Merchant Acquisition. With over five years at YES BANK, she has played a key role in driving impactful people initiatives aligned with business goals—from succession planning and competency development to performance management and cultural transformation.
With over two decades of HR leadership experience across the BFSI and corporate sectors, Sudhi has held key roles at organisations like Credit Suisse, Cigna, and HDFC Life. Her areas of expertise include HR strategy, talent management, leadership development, DEI, employee engagement, and driving digital transformation in HR. Academically, she holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Manipal Institute of Management, MAHE, Manipal, and has completed a certification program in Organisational Development from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
In her new role, Sudhi’s expertise is expected to enhance operational efficiency and drive a high-performance culture across key verticals, aligning with the bank’s broader strategic objectives in an increasingly competitive market.
