Yes Bank has appointed Ruchita Amey Kadu as Vice President, Employee Relations and HR Compliance (West). She takes on the role at a time when the bank is working to strengthen workplace governance and people practices across its western region operations.
Kadu brings more than 16 years of experience across employee relations, industrial relations, HR compliance, and workforce management. Before joining Yes Bank, she served as Chief Manager, Employee Relations at Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance, where she worked on strengthening employee relations frameworks.
Earlier in her career, Kadu spent nearly 7 years at Mahindra Finance as Deputy Manager, Human Resources, gaining experience in HR operations and workforce management. Her earlier roles also include stints in employee relations and industrial relations at Bisleri International and NSD Global Trade, where she began her HR career in core human resources and organisational administration.
“The appointment aligns with its commitment to fostering a compliant, inclusive and high-performing workplace,” Yes Bank said in an official statement. The bank added that Kadu’s background in employee relations and HR governance is expected to strengthen its people agenda while supporting long-term organisational growth.
In her new role, Kadu will lead employee relations and HR compliance initiatives for western India. That mandate covers strengthening workplace practices, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the region.
