WPP Media has appointed Rishi Kapoor as Head of Talent Acquisition & Resource Management – South Asia. He brings 20 years of experience across the ITES, IT, and supply chain management sectors.
Prior to joining WPP Media, Rishi led the talent acquisition and staffing function at Material, a global digital transformation company, where he focused on attracting, engaging, and retaining diverse, high-impact talent to drive innovation and client success. Before joining Material, Rishi held key roles at Publicis Sapient, CORBUS, and FCS, where he gained extensive experience across various facets of talent acquisition and workforce strategy.
Throughout his career, Rishi has designed and executed comprehensive talent acquisition strategies across various domains and technologies, covering global, niche, leadership, campus, fluid, and DEI hiring. He has also overseen complex programs involving process and technology transformation, employer branding, cost optimization, data analytics, and CSR initiatives.
Rishi’s appointment aligns with WPP Media’s larger vision of evolving its talent operations across South Asia not only to address current business needs but also to future-proof its workforce through strategic, people-centric approaches. His leadership is set to be instrumental in strengthening WPP Media’s employer brand, enhancing recruitment strategies, and developing agile resource models in a region known for its dynamic creative and digital ecosystem.
