WPP Media has appointed Veena Joji as Chief People Officer, South Asia.

Before joining WPP Media, Joji was a part of Apexon. From April 2021 to August 2025, Joji served as the company’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Joji was also a part of CPA Global from August 2020 to December 2020.
From October 2017 to May 2020, Joji worked with Epsilon. She joined the company as Director HR and was then elevated to Senior Director HR in January 2019. Additionally, she was associated with Thomson Reuters from August 2014 to September 2017 as Senior Manager, Talent Development.
For over 9 years, Joji was affiliated with IBM Global Process Services. She began working there in June 2005 as an Assistant Manager – Training and was subsequently promoted to the role of HR Manager in October 2006. In June 2007, Joji became HR Manager – India/SA, followed by her appointment as Program Manager- HR Learning, India/SA in July 2010.
Joji held the position of Consultant – Professional and Technical Leadership Programs at IBM from March 2013 to August 2014. In the past, she was also associated with Dell as a Quality Analyst (December 2002 to June 2005).
