WPP Media has appointed Nidhi Puri as Senior Vice President, People Partner – South Asia.

With a focus on people-first cultures, Puri has worked across industries as an HR professional, spanning India, the US, the UK and APAC. She is experienced in leading HR teams and partnering with senior stakeholders and is well-versed in HR Leadership, business partnering, talent management, HR program management, recruitment and driving transformation & change management for complex organizations
Prior to joining WPP Media, Puri had been affiliated with CBRE. She was a part of the company from February 2018 to February 2024 as Head – People Business Partnering (India, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh). While there, she utilised her expertise in areas like business relationship management, career counselling, and many more.
From December 2015 to December 2017, Puri was with Genpact as a Consultant (APAC Program Manager – Executive Referrals). She was also associated with Affiliated Computer Services from September 2010 to May 2011 as Project Manager (Chief of Staff Operations).
Puri joined Hewitt Associates in November 2004 and worked there until March 2009 as Human Resources Advisor | Head HR – Benefits Outsourcing Business, Hewitt TDC. She was also a part of Trisoft Systems from June 2000 to July 2003 as HR & Resourcing Executive. From January 1998 to April 1999, Puri worked for Blue Dart as a Key Accounts Executive.
